This toy is an excellent building and learning opportunity for a young child. My 7-year old son loves to assemble and make the different options. I had to help with the preparation work, so this would be perfect for a child 8 years old and up.

 Not only will "T4" provide your child with a new understanding of solar power as a source of renewable energy, but will also get your kids outdoors for some wholesome fun in the sun.

This kit gives your child the option to easily transform between one of four different modes: Robot - walking legs as well as moving wheels. Insects - 6 walking legs as well as moving jaws. T-Rex - 2 walking legs and moving jaws.

The one thing I found in the directions is that it looks like you should put a wheel gear thingy on the outside of the main body- according to the directions, but I had to remove it to get the legs on the trex to fit

It is sturdy and still in almost new condition even though it is stored outside. I did notice that it holds water when it gets rained on, so I make sure it is covered if there will be a lot of rain that day. The scooter moves and works great. All of the kids in NYC have them - I've even heard of a kid who mastered the skill at age 2.
